CROSS ISLAND duo - cellist Suzanne Mueller and pianist Elinor Abrams Zayas - makes its Port Washington Public Library debut with an eclectic program of duets and solos spanning centuries and styles. In honor of Women's History month, the concert will include music by Mel(anie) Bonis, Florence Price, Clara Schumann, and Meira Warshauer, as well as a work composed last year by Suzanne in memory of her mother, pianist Elie Mueller. There will also be music by Isaac Albeniiz, Eugene Friesen, Felix Mendelssohn, Astor Piazzolla, and Clara Schumann's husband, Robert, and others.
